Creamy Herb Dip
Cooking Instructions
In a bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold in mayonnaise, garlic and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a ramekin. Serve with fried mozzarella sticks or raw vegetables.

- 250 mL (1 cup) 35% whipping cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh parsley
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh basil
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh thyme
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) chopped fresh oregano
- To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
