  • Ketchup Cream
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) 15% cream
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) sour cream
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) tomato ketchup
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) chili sauce
  • To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Tartar Cream
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) 15% cream
  • 250 mL (1 cup) sour cream
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped capers
  • 75 mL (5 tbsp) relish
