For each sauce, stir together all ingredients in a bowl.

- Dijon Cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 15% cream
- 250 mL (1 cup) sour cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) regular mustard
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
- Ketchup Cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 15% cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) tomato ketchup
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) chili sauce
- To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
- Tartar Cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 15% cream
- 250 mL (1 cup) sour cream
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped capers
- 75 mL (5 tbsp) relish
- To taste salt and freshly ground pepper
